Life today is tough, and many people find it too tough for them to handle. People feel that they don’t get to make their own decisions and that there is only one way, don’t be fooled there is always two choices you just have to be open to the possibilities of being all you can be. There are people out there who think that they are alone, but they take for granted that they are never alone and they never realize who they have in their lives whether its friends, family, or even acquaintances. Interaction with these people can greatly affect their outlook on life. When people choose to “take the easy way out” so to speak they never realize what kind of affect they have on other people. They think that when they are gone nobody will miss them but the truth is that you as an average person have an impression on someone in your life examples would be siblings, peers, overseers, even if you don’t know the person but see them everyday and give them a smile it can make all the difference because that might be the only acknowledgement they get all day. If you have ever had thoughts like this don’t worry you are not alone. There are always people who you can turn to but maybe you are afraid. A lot of people complain about stress but no stress is sometimes good low stress is sometime good but hyper stress is never good. People have different levels of energy and different margins or boundaries. One boundary is emotional energy.
To restore or increase our emotional energy is to connect with other people as I have said before. It was intended for us to do even people we don’t like it was all intended. In today’s world 75 percent of the people have nobody to talk to and the other 25 percent have at least one person to talk to. And if you have pets it has the same emotional relief because pets always bring some sort of joy to people even if it’s just a bird or something small. If you have a person in your life that you utterly despise and always hate believe it or not this bitterness or reconciliation leads to premature death because of the stress you put on your heart. If you’re a person who is always busy and gets caught in the river of life you need a break at least rest for a few days, slow down the pace, never get caught in the pace of life go at your own steady pace its like running a marathon, when the starter says go your not going to full out sprint until you die no you would go at your own steady pace to build up momentum, life is the same exact way if you try to sprint through it you will wind up getting tangled and dragged along until your last breath. There this ideal called the free three which include laughter, music, and nature. If you ever find a person that is so depressed try and make them laugh it helps to heal faster its like the saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” well so does laughter. In music people find their own groove and style of music, heavy metal and rock all the time is not good, its better to have a variation of music, it’s a gift we have so instead of being down find a song that you really like and listen to it while you do homework or at the office its serves as a therapeutic relief process. Think about this for nature, for instance a sunset that kind of beauty can’t come out of nowhere, think about it if you had to pay for every sunset how much do you think God would charge? Seriously if you find time just take a nice walk take a breath of fresh air to help relieve any pain or stress you’ve been feeling.
